Can I see the design before my case is made?

Yes. You get a design preview within 24h to approve or tweak. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.

Can I request changes?

Unlimited edits are included before production - fur color, markings, eyes, accessories, name placement, case color, layout, and more.

What kind of photo should I upload?

Choose a clear photo that feels like your pet. Natural light and a visible face work best, and regular phone photos are totally fine.

Can I include more than one pet?

Yes! Our designs support 2+ pets just fine. You can upload a group photo or separate photos for each, right in the Customization Studio.

What happens after I order?

We create your preview within 24h. Once you approve it, your case goes into production and ships with tracking.

What if I don't like the preview?
